Automated Brazing DimplerTM

The original Brazing Dimpler hand tool was invented and patented in 2000. While suitable for modifying copper fittings less than 0.100 thick, it is a challenge to use this hand tool to dimple heavier fittings. The automated dimpler was invented and patented in 2009 to speed up the process. By attaching a compressed air supply to the dimpler, adjusting the depth of the dimple and the set-back distance, a fitting up to 0.250 inches thick can be modified from a solder joint fitting to a brazed joint fitting in 30 seconds or less.
The following video clips show how easy it is to use the dimpler and how simple it is to adjust.
